Good performance, Product design is 2/5 for me. Takes up too much space! Had to buy a bunch of extension cords and boards today to accommodate these with other power cords. I use this for getting an IP connection from my fibre-connected router to the TV set in the living room. WiFi wasn't cutting it with Netflix constantly dropping back to SD resolution. Bought this, plugged it into the wall socket at each end and problem was solved.

Using two of these adapters I can able to get around 200 Mbps download and 150 Mbps upload. With a typical wired connection I can achieve 800 Mbps download and 500 Mbps upload. If you have a gigabit plan then these are good if you don't plan on running your entire network through the adapter, if you're on 200 Mbps or lower then you will be fine. This greatly sped up my internet connection in a room where internet was often dropping out making life streaming and zoom meetings very challenging. This product is worth it's price and wouldn't hesitate to get it again. Highly recommended for anyone who needs stronger internet connection in a room at a distance from the modem. This is an amazing product for extending your Ethernet without having to use a long cable. Just connect to your router and then unit one to your power source, then the other end in my case, tv, then to the power. Simple set up and works flawlessly. For me, point to point tests show max transfer rate of 230mbps duplex with a ping time of 1ms, in a distance of around 30m in an old house with old wiring (wiring distance would be much longer) - not quite gigabit but definitely a much more robust and stable connection than trying to use a wifi repeater. I'm able to get the full undisturbed 100mbps bandwidth from my fibre connection and 5ms ping when connected via ethernet on the other side. Definitely Netflixing and YouTubing at 4K and FaceTiming and gaming with no buffering or lag - previously impossible with a single wireless router due to distance.
