Easiest networking product I have uses yet. Simply plug one in to the wall and to the router then turn on. Then another somewhere else but to your device and your up in running in 30 seconds.
Set it and forget it with no problems.

Excellent product. As per previous reviewers super simple to use. Really is plug and play. Way better than wifi in a concrete building. Just make sure that if you do have multiple phases entering the building that the units are plugged into the power outlets on the same phase. Excellent product. Excellent results and installation is simple. Before installation Wi-fi achieved 33-35mbps with lag in games and buffering during movies, but the kit has more than doubled my mbps to 90+mbps with 92.67mbps the top so far. Movies load so much quicker and lag has gone. Even with the unit plugged into a powerboard (which isn't recommended) I still achieved 83.44mbps. Excellent results and installation is simple. We got this to supply the upgraded UFB that has gone from 100 to 300 Mb/s, into an inaccessible part of the house we can't cable Cat5e/6 to.

The input and output power sockets are on the same electrical circuit (installed specially, by a registered electrician) to get maximum performance. However, Speedtest.net shows we can only obtain 200 down at best, nowhere close to the claimed 1Gb/s maximum throughput so we would have expected it to at least reach the 300 Mb/s of UFB.

200 is OK for our purposes but disappointed it's not better. We got this to supply the upgraded UFB that has gone from 100 to 300 Mb/s, into an inaccessible part of the house we can't cable Cat5e/6 to.

One year and 4 days later after moving one the units location in the same house, the unit failed.
D-Link would not play ball in providing a replacement of unit even though it was just outside of the 12 month warranty period. Being an ex Avionics engineer and IT person I disassembled the unit and cleaned all connections on the 3 circuit boards and retensioned all spring contacts. The unit now works perfectly.

Beware of D-Link products and their warranty. I purchased this product and it worked well.
