The wifi works out of the box on Windows 10. The range is ok and I can pick up the router from the second storey of my house. The connection is stable, does not drop out and always connects automatically after restarting/sleeping.

The bluetooth however, did not work out of the box. A generic bluetooth driver is installed but does not find any devices or connections. The Edimax website claims the device is 'plug and play' for Windows 10. I got around this by downloading the Windows 7 N150 drivers and installing the bluetooth driver from the download. After this, the bluetooth works flawlessly.

I thought it was a great idea to save a USB port by having both the Wifi and Bluetooth incorporated into one dongle. I was wrong. The Wifi was very poor and the Bluetooth kept cutting out while using a Bluetooth speaker. According to the Edimax website, the Bluetooth drivers are included with Windows 10. I got around this by installing the Windows 7 driver package from the Edimax website which updated both the WIFI and Bluetooth drivers. Everything worked fine after that. No drop outs (I am about 3 meters away from a wifi extender). The Bluetooth works well once installed, I use a Bluetooth speaker as my primary audio device and it does not disconnect. Pretty decent all in one solution for a good price - others may have more success with the plug and play aspect.
