I was shopping for a different brand but the other model was not available, PB Tech website recommended these and i could not be happier about them. Very easy to install and performance is exceptional, covering our entire property - 270 SQMs house on 700SQMs section, wifi is stable and fast at any spot, thanks PB Tech.

The AX3 PRO replaced my netgear orbi AC mesh network. Wifi6 performance is very good (i am able to get 400mbps on speedtest from my phone which is wifi 6 capable. The router has a nice robust hardware design and reliable software. Setting up a second unit as a mesh network (with wired backhaul) went smoothly and performs well. The software is basic and missed some features i required like DDNS but i have a workaround for that. Overall very happy with it.
Bought these on sale during New Years. Setup was super easy. I just plugged it into the Ethernet port of the existing router (save me having to find login details for internet service provider. I downloaded the app and used that to setup the Ethernet bridge to old router) and used the app to set it up. Written instructions and the app were also helpful in getting the second router setup. Noticed 5-6x speed improvements and better range through the house. The mesh network is seamless meaning no changing networks! I’d recommend, especially if you get this router at a good price!
If you are someone who just wants a router that will work, consoles, tvs, cell phones, laptops, all the basics? Then this is a good router for you. Very easy to setup, has great wifi range, and the nfc feature for touch and go is awesome. Can even setup data limits per device or speed settings per device.
If you are someone who needs ports opened, ddns setup ect, maybe not for you. Port forwarding / triggering has a limit or 32 rules, which can't do port ranges, only one port. Ddns doesn't currently work on these versions. I see they are in other versions, but not in these specific ones for us in nz. Hopefully that will be added later.

WiFi 6 is supposed to be faster, among other efficiencies. I have a S20+ and and a WiFi 6 Gigabyte PC card (both multi stream). Neither device gets any faster than AC (WiFi 5). WiFi seems to peak at 350-400 mbs when I get 900mbs wired. I was getting that easily on my old AC dlink router.
Huawei support has been useless online and on the phone. Zero firmware updates in months since I had it.
Really good product once setup. Don't bother with App as is more trouble than it's worth. Great coverage, Good Speeds am able to pull 500Mb/s+ down over WiFi. Have Managed to Pull 900Mb/s down and 400Mb/s Up over LAN. Only Down side i would say is only 3 LAN Ports but i have a switch at home so no drama.
