Purchased a a byod for fibre. Plugged into ont installed the app and was away within 10 minutes. Great speed. Lots of options like splitting family into groups for blocking. App works well. For several years we've been using the ISP provided router and WiFi was average but it was what we were used to. I bit the bullet and purchased this router and wow what a difference it made - speeds and coverage. We are now utilizing the speeds we pay for. Highly recommend. So I bought this as a replacement to a skinny broadband router based on the reviews, I can get the internet on wired and wifi for 1 ~2 hours then it drops out and no wifi or wired internet is available. It’s on the latest firmware and I’ve copied as much data from the old router over. No idea now why a simple reboot every couple of ideas makes it work then drop out, so far wish I’d never bought it. No more dead spots, extenders are gone and we're consistently hitting the ISP fibre plan max speeds for the first time ever. Good set-up instructions from PBTech made installation a breeze. I bought the product to replace my ISP provided router. It works as a charm, the app is really helpful. My old router gave a high speed of 300 down and 200 up after upgrade that has been boosted to 800 up and 400 down. I would recommend this product. Finally plucked up the courage to ditch our ISP supplied modem and replace with this. First time we're hitting our 300/100 plan speeds, and have eliminated the WiFi extenders we needed to ensure coverage.
