Quick and excellent solution to need for Ethernet and WiFi network extension in concrete house without need for surface wiring or conduit. Performance around 75% of source modem, WiFI range is good. Not cheap but a lot cheaper than cable installation in situation where WiFi range extenders weren't an option.
Excellent product and performed exactly as described. The extender unit was on a different fuse circuit to the base unit and I was still able to achieve over 90mb/s download speed.
Easy to setup. Admin software easy to install and navigate. I have a large 2 story house. My Fibre ONT and Modem is located downstairs at far end of house and the lounge and main entertainment/media viewing area is located upstairs at the opposite end of the house. Previously I had an old NetComm NP508 Powerline and the most I could get in terms of wifi in the lounge would have been 15 mbps on 2.4GHz and 25 mbps max via ethernet connection and was on Fibre 100. In the beginning, I thought I wouldn't need all the functions. But after using for a while, I need all!
This is a piece of advice.
Moved the office to the far end of the house but had weak wifi coverage. This unit was easy to set up and I now use the ethernet connection on my pc with excellent internet speed. Also good wifi coverage in the backyard now. Only thing is the units are quite big and I have them plugged into double power sockets which does restrict access to the second plug, so power pass-through is very useful.

The coverage not good, and the signal is not stable
A great product that was easy to set up. As with almost all Tp-Link items I have used, the device has done just what I needed. It is feature packed and versatile. One more reason to stay with this manufacturer
Worth every penny! The setup was pretty much instant, it has all the features you could need in a powerline adapter and there have been zero issues with it.
Bought this because I keep having connection issues in Skype and Microsoft Teams meetings when working in my room during the lockdown. I live in a 2-storey house and my router modem is located at the ground floor. This solves my problem and it is great that it has ethernet port, which gives a more stable connection to my pc and laptop. The only downside is that both extenders are so large that it occupies the space of the power point beside and its price is a little on the high side in my opinion. Overall, I still think that it is a great kit that solved my connection issues.
A great product delivering ethernet and wireless flawlessly through our 2-storied home
Excellent concept and great product, only issue is the signal does not seem to switch seamlessly from the router to the extender when moving away from the router, so you need to manually switch off WiFi on your device then re enable it to pick up the extender signal. Once it grabs the new signal it is phenomenal however, so it's a minor inconvenience.
