No single answer to that uinfortunately. This one does have enough throughput to handle the full speed of that, however the device/s being used with it, the range it's being used over and the environment it is being used in will all impact the overall performance.

Yes, it is powered via POE.

Yes - This product is powered via POE / Power Over Ethernet. This means that all power for the unit is supplied via four normally unused wires in your ethernet cable.
