I wasn't sure it would be good enough, but gave it a go. Has good range in my house about 10-15m diameter around the device. We have a kids PC and cell phones running gaming and FB etc from it. Connects to the router very easily and stays connected. Have had a couple IP issues, however it was the router not the extender. Simple Turn all off for 90 secs and restart and its all go again. Bought this as the cheaper ones were not in stock. It is apparently more expense due to the increased range - this has not been the case. It has been installed in a relatively small L shaped house (in the middle of the L) - it is close to the modem but still regularly drops out and was difficult to set up. Disappointed. Have it placed in a studio room off the house approx 15 meters away from the router and it work great. Bought to extend the range so can get better internet on the smart tv which is quite a distance away from the modem but the product is a little limited. Needs to be much closer to the modem rather than half way in between. For our purpose needs another so works in a relay fashion but not sure if this product would work in such a manner. A little disappointed in the product for the amount paid. I just purchased one today and it changed my wifi life!! My wifi was at 2 bars but now it's 4 bars! (on PC) The speed is faster and smoother than before!
