Concealment was added in February 2016 to protect consumer product keys from being obtained and used by unauthorized infividuals.
The concealment panel consists of a small clear label with removable silver scratch off material that has been applied to conceal some or all the 25-characters of the product key.
When a consumer requires the 5x5 PID key they should remove enough of the scratch off so they can read the key underneath.
Even if all silver material is removed the clear label will remain.
Any attempt to remove or peel off the underlying clear label will result in damage to the COA which may render the product key unreadable. This security feature is by-design.
- Use a fingernail or coin to gently scratch the silver surface off.
- Do not use a tool, other than a coin, to remove the scratch off.
- Do not attempt to peel the scratch off layer off
- Only use enough pressure and force to scratch the surface of the silver ink.

I have enjoyed the transition to Windows 10. Would suggest to anyone who is considering the upgrade.
easy to install and works well
I'm a regular user of windows and I have done several installs on new computer builds it's very fast and effortless generally you can be up and running within 30 minutes or less when using the latest components out on the market
As it stands, I have been using Windows 10 Home, decided to upgrade to Pro and it has been the best decision I ever made.
The long feared Windows 10 update.
Turned out to be not half bad actually after disabling a bunch of things Microsoft added in.
The most annoying part was not being able to read/write to my existing hard drives. I had to go into the security settings and allow my user full access.
Over-all its a nice OS I suppose.

Yeah well no big deal. It works and that's important but really Win 8.1 was just as good. The email component is a bit lame. One of those instances where something that wasn't broken has been fixed?
Win10...simply easy and very fast!
Windows 10 is a decent OS
Frankly I was very disappointed with the product. Not all countries were offered particularly New Zealand. That meant that I could not set the time correctly. I strongly suggest that similar disks are checked to test that they are complete having New Zealand included.
This was a shame as the other products I have purchased recently have been OK.
