Bought the printer to replace an older Canon model. Only had the new model for a few weeks but so far it has worked flawlessly. Very easy to setup via Wi-Fi, which was surprising, and with way better apps for my Mac. Scanning has improved and it can auto feed multiple pages (no more scanning one page at a time) plus it does A3 printing, which my daughter has found very useful. It's a good size, no bigger than an A3 sheet. Overall very impressed with the functions, price, ease of setup, and usability.
I am still learning to use this Canon Pixma and over the 2 weeks since getting it have only used it for scanning and printing a few times. The print quality is good and better than our previous printer. The ability to print A3 is a great feature. Figuring out online instructions has however been time consuming. The Canon IJ Scan Utility Lite that I downloaded for printing and scanning from our iMac works but I have not found it as easy to navigate as our previous printer. I much preferred having the manual with instructions that came with the previous printer over having to trawl through the internet for instructions.I am hopeful we will soon...view more

I Recently bought this printer and the service from PBTech was excellent. The printer is a very good unit and I found it reasonably easy to set up and use wirelessly. The photo printing is great quality and the apps that are part of the package make it a pleasure to use.
