In my experience, all Xiaomi products offer high value for money and this speaker is no exception.

Can also link multiple units together for true outdoor immersion.
In regard to sound quality, I own and use ALOT of Bose sound products, some Philips, Logitech, PLT and run THX certified home theatre equipment...
This speaker, for being portable, is loud, crisp and has a decent low end (for a small portable speaker)
Only con is the "extra bass" feature does nothing.
For under $100.. Can't go wrong.

It has very good sound and I’d recommend it over the more expensive UE WONERBOOM 2, even though that has outdoor mode and a stronger build quality. If you’re about sound quality go with this product they don’t lie. Very happy with my purchase.
Very loud voice prompts cannot be turned off
Power on/off, Bluetooth status, low battery warning, all are extremely loud and cannot be turned off. I wanted to use this indoors for music to sleep to but it will announce disconnect after a period of inactivity and wake you right up. Can't believe it can't be turned off or volume adjusted. Seems made for outdoor party use and that's it.
Great Price
Not as good as I had hope, using with Power Point music video presentation in public environment. Instructions, just OK. Limited features, hard to control volume without some kind of App, nothing available for Desk Top or Apple iPhone. The range seems quite limited, first time I used them they kept dropping out, I put this down to distance. Bought two and work well in tandem. Need to mark them so I know which is the master and which is the slave.
Need better instructions so you can get the best out of them. Sure I am missing some of the features.
