Probably about the 9th or 10th board we've bought....we use a lot of these, and get them for our daughter for her gear. You can't go past the solid construction, the well spaced ports, generous lead cable, and the connected equipment warranty. Then PBT has a super special price, and there's just no argument....lets grab a couple....even if we don't need them right now, although once we'd done an audit on our 'boards' there were a couple of cheapies that benefited from being replaced. Compared to the 5 dollar no-name strips everyone has at least a couple of, this is very large. It's chunky. But this chunkiness makes it a lot more stable. The similarly-huge on-off recessed button is also impossible to miss. The sockets have a solid grip. A great addition to the cable mess under my desk. Could be somewhat heavier.
