Great value for money
A great tablet for home use. It was a huge upgrade for me (from a 10 year old airpad 2) and it is fast with a great battery life. I don't use a laptop at home, just an iPad and/or iPhone so I use it for everything from online shopping to email to playing games and it does all of that and more. It can get a bit heavy holding it upright after a while but other than that it does everything I want it to do. Very pleased with the purchase. Happy with the ipad. Suits what we need to use it for, watching tutorials, reading books and some drawing etc. Great price with buying an older model too.
Great iPad for the kids!
Second one I buy for my kids, they both have one now and it is a great entry level iPad for them, they do everything they need from gaming, streaming and school, and integrate effortlessly with their iPhones and MacBook, giving me and Mom a great control/oversight using the Family features built in.
A neccesary purchase
These products are still way over priced as are most electronics, in saying this PB tech had the lowest price - we sadly need them for children to move and keep up - so a good buy thanks

Absolutely brilliant
Perfect companion for my iPhone, everything about this iPad is great, pleasantly surprised a charger and usb cable was included.
I’m a person who values great customer service, I didn’t get it this time, in fact the staff member was indifferent.
Replacement iPad with Help
All electronics get old but Apple is just a little bit different, they lock you out forever if you make a mess of the passcode.
So PB Tech to the rescue, a nice new iPad with a real home button, and a new cover, download the iCloud backup and you are off and running as if there had never been a problem.
They also had a very simple solution for the home page picture being all messed up by some inadvertent setting changes.
Go into your iCloud images, locate the original, and reload it into the home page images. Way simpler than trying to reverse the damage.
An excellent iPad for the price
This iPad is good for general use. Has plenty of storage and works well for my needs.

Sooo pleased with this purchase
Brilliant buy! Still with all the buttons and power cord I am accustomed to. This is now my 4th iPad and its power is just a joy to behold! So quick to respond to opening apps and answering questions. The 256GB is just the best choice. It has so many more attributes I may never use but as technology changes so quickly, who knows what the future might bring.
