i put this on the underside of my desk and just stuck it there with the included sticky gel or whatever, and didn't put in a screw like i was supposed to. ...Is that it? Well yes. It looks like it does in the pictures, but actually feels pretty high quality - the silicone part that the headphone hangs from is precisely shaped and feels top-notch. This bracket does the job. I ended up screwing it into the underside of my desk because this looked better. The single screw that it comes with means that it is a little unstable.
