KONIC Series 696 55" 4K Android Smart TV

Pros:
- Smart TV with a whole bunch of settings to set up HDMI Arc (to our soundbar).
- Can adjust sound and video quailty.
- Chromecast works for casting apps (but not casting phone screens)
- Pretty much as advertised / expected

Cons
- As always with slim TVs not the best built in sound.
- Chromecast crashes when casting phone screens. Tried with 3 different devices. (Casting apps from phones works fine.)
- Not the most memory so not ideal if you are wanting lots of apps/games (and I assume I'll need to clear the cache more often to keep it running smoothly) Pros:

Everything works as it should very nice picture no problems. Big upgrade from my 1080p tv and i haven't noticed any lag while gaming on ps4 pro.
Like most tv audio sucks.

TV arrived today,, The sound is disappointing as is the colour,, tried all the settings but no difference ,, i rang the the customer service ,, told buy a sound bar not helpful at all or return at a cost .
My old 10 year old LG far superior.

Sound is rubbish, customer service suggest "you get what you pay for" And at a cost it can be returned. Poor sound quality is what it should be advertised as. The picture is ok, not much different to my 10 year old TV.

Stay clear, within the first month we noticed this tv runs extremely slow and it just kept getting worse where the remote didn't respond and we had to turn it on from the tv, then remote stopped working and had to spend $50 to get a new one within first 3months, then if we put netflix/tv/any streaming platform there would be no picture and it had to be turned off and on at the wall for the picture to work again and at this point we'd only had it for a 1yr. You get what u paid for.. An unknown brand i will definitely not risk it next time!! Tv is great for price - you get a big high def tv for a low price. Our particular tv was great but the HDMI ports stopped functioning as they should within about 4 weeks. PB have taken in to repair.
