Great product - bought for my dad to connect a usb printer to share with 2 computers. I would have given 5 if there was a selection button per output instead having to cycle thru the outputs.

As my devices are relatively close together, there is a lot of cable to work with. I ended up using cable ties to bundle the unused length. Despite this, it works perfectly. I reccomend. This lets me use the same keyboard (usb dongle) and mouse (wired) across both my home PC and work Macbook. The little wired button is what makes it work, I can have it next to my mouse and click it with my thumb to switch back and forth seamlessly. I wish I'd known this existed years ago! For me, it's ideal - easy switching between a PC and two Raspberry Pis. The computers each do different things, but they each need a mouse, a keyboard and often something else as well. The desk top is far less cluttered, the cables are tidy, and the big bonus is I don't have to keep on pulling and re-plugging cables. I have 3 pcs setup to 1 mouse and keyboard allowing me to work from home comfortably, swapped to my NAS for controlling a server and my home PC for gaming etc. Works perfectly and was easy to setup. the button to toggle comes on a handy length of cable allowing this to be placed somewhere easy to acess, and allow you to cable manage the KVM to somewhere out of site or more convenient. Can sometimes be a little slow to pick up that you've switched to the other computer (by pressing the button) but give it 5 seconds or so and it's golden. This product is really great! It allowed me to hook up to both my laptop and my desktop computer at the same time. Switching between them is very easy!

The only thing you need to be aware of is that the amount of cabling delivered with this product is pretty crazy. Lots of cables, so buy some zipties to bind the ones you don't use with.
