Excellent value and build
The 7800xt is positioned as one of the best value products for its price-range in 2023, offering benefits of newer generation specs (e.g., AV1 encoding) while being affordable to NVIDA counterparts. It provides excellent performance without doing any optimising for 1440p max settings, I'm sure after having it for a few months I'll output much more by overclocking resources but from a baseline this card provides quality and is made from solid construction. I'm not too concerned about ray tracing, but if that's absolutely critical for you then an appropriate fps drop will take place. There isn’t much to say apart from rgb is good temps are good, high fps, definitely a very heavy card so if you don’t want to use the gpu stand that comes with it, you’d definitely want to buy vertical mount 💯
Team RED for the win.
Price wise it's really hard to go past AMD GPUs but, but this was still a tough choice to make as NVIDIA is so much more prominent.
But, I'm absolutely glad I made the choice to go team RED, especially this model. Runs cool, plays everything at ultra at 1440p with Ray Tracing and is smooth as silk. Star Field and Cyberpunk look and play fantastic and whatever differences there are in performing to the NVIDIA cards are negligible on the real world.
Love the look of the Red Devil card also. As a 1440p card goes this one has an absolutely wicked price to performance ratio.
