Fan speed is intelligently controlled to keep the GPU, memory, PWM IC and other components as low as possible in temperature to balance performance, and fan noise.
Standard industry fans may have up to 10% difference between fan rotation cycles (RPM). The Fan IC Control on SAPPHIRE graphics cards reduce differential at approximately 3%. This up to 70% improvement on accuracy ensures that cooling and noise performance of every graphics card is up to scratch.
The SAPPHIRE graphics cards are designed with robust VRM cooling and have a high thermal conductivity pad on the back-plate to take away the heat efficiently and effectively.
One of the hottest parts on a next-gen graphics card is generated from memory. A robust memory cooling solution has been integrated into each SAPPHIRE graphics card to cool down memory with a specially designed independent cooling module.
SAPPHIRE's remarkable Tri-X Cooling Solution is powered by two larger fans on the outside and one smaller fan in the middle with reverse spinning direction to boost windflow beneath the fans. The tunneled fins on the fans aid in increasing the convection of airflow to ensure that Tri-X cooling is a low temperature and low noise cooling solution.
An innovative mixture of Robust VRM Cooling and independent memory thermal modules work in tandem to remove heat efficiently and effectively across all sections

Customize the LED glow on your RX5700 Series ARGB fans using TriXX Software.
With tasteful shroud design augmented by ARGB LEDs, you can change the colors of the LED, for a customized design. This can be controlled via TriXX software. Choose from different modes including Fan Speed Mode, PCB Temperature Mode or the colourful rainbow mode or turn off the LEDs.
The LED sections on the graphics card are synced to volume level and can be controlled through TriXX. The colours will slide across the light strip according to the peaks and dips in the sound volume level for a theatrical ARGB light display in your PC
At times fans need service but it can be frustrating to return the entire card and wait for a replacement to be authorized. Fan Check feature allows users to check the cooler's status and immediately contact customer support through Fan Service in case of problems.
The traditional axial fan design system circulates hot air to the fan inlet resulting in higher temperature. My one sits happily at 2100MHz with a normal, acceptably audible fan curve or 2000Mhz with a barely audible one with good temp headroom and an under-volt. From when your items ship, products typically arrive within 1 working day for North Island deliveries and 2 working days for South Island deliveries. Rural deliveries may take an extra working day, and bulk deliveries may take an extra 2-4 working days.

All orders shipped by PB Tech are sent via a courier with a signature required for each delivery. In some cases, and only where you have given the courier company permission to leave orders at a designated location, your order may be delivered without requiring a signature. All orders sent by PB Tech are fully insured in the unlikely event that your item(s) are damaged or go missing in transit.
You can pick-up your online order from any of our stores nationwide. You can select which store you want to pick up from at the checkout. Provided the store you select has stock and there's no hold-ups with payment we will have your order ready within 1 hour (during normal trading hours for that store) otherwise it may take up to 5 working days to transfer the stock to the store so your order can be fulfilled. PB Tech holds a significant amount of stock in our New Zealand based logistics centre and can ship stock from this location usually within 2-4 working days (see the timeframes mentioned on each product page for more accurate delivery estimates).
In most cases, items ordered from the NZ Logistics Centre are first transferred to our Head Office / Distribution Centre before being shipped to the final destination.
Unfortunately no pick-up options are available directly from this location, you can select a pick up from one of our branches however and we will transfer your order there so you can pick up.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed / unopened, with packaging in original condition, and accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange.
If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase.
Please note, items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.
If your product develops a fault within the manufacturer warranty period, you can either contact the manufacturer directly (some manufacturers provide a high level of warranty service - including free pickup or in some cases onsite repair), or return to one of our services centres / stores. Where the product has been directly imported by PB Tech, you need to contact us directly or present the product at any one of our service centres / stores together with your proof of purchase.
