Can I swap out parts and/or change/remove Operating systems in a PB Tech PC?
We can add any part to a PC for a small fee as long as we don't need to remove an existing part for it to fit, for example adding more RAM, an extra hard drive, or adding a graphics card to a PC without one (we can even SLI/Crossfire for you if it is compatible). We cannot change components that are part of an existing build e.g. Upgrade an existing graphics card or add a SSD with Windows installed if the PC only has a single hard drive (as the OS is already pre-installed). If you do have a specific requirement, then one of our experienced sales team will be happy to build a system that suits your needs.

Was working fine in the first month, and kinda still is now. The problem is the video card will have a fit every now and then, Sometimes there's green lines, or unexpected flickering. Very wild performance in games, and fan can have a mind of its own too. On a few occasions the drivers wouldn't register or simply uninstalled themselves. There was one notable occasion where in CSGO, all the player models were weirdly warped green and purple men. The advice from PB was always the same "update the drivers", or "reset the drivers", and that would only solve it temporarily. At this point I might just bring it back.
These specs at this price. Ryzen 3100 CPU is excellent, definitely check out the reviews for that one. Radeon 5500 is a solid little graphics card that's strong enough for all games on medium/competitive settings. More ram would be my first upgrade.

Bought this for my home office.
Really fast to start up as I hoped.
Bought a memory chip as well to bring it up to 16GB.
Only downside so far is that my wireless Microsoft keyboard and mouse sometimes stop working for no apparent reason.
Moving the usb receiver to a different port fixes it.
So I'm swapping usb ports every now and then.
Could be my keyboard and mouse, but that worked without any problem on my other PCs.
The C is very quiet, which is very nice.
Son is happily playing with his friends, and is quickly becoming the new family pc! Now we're stealing turns from our son.
