Some surprising omissions in the default apps. Step counts are buried in an app called "activity". There's no barometer. There's no thermometer showing wrist temperature, although "wrist temperature deviation from baseline while asleep" is available somewhere in the health app on the phone. There's no click counter app. Watch faces can't be customised to show altitude. There's no sound recorder app (although there's a noise measurement app, which is sometimes useful).

I guess I'm not really in Apple's target customer base for this device since I'm not a gym-going desk drone, and I've never got on with iTunes/Apple Music. I guess I'm not really in Apple's target customer base for this device since I'm not a gym-going desk drone, and I've never got on with iTunes/Apple Music. At work I can't wear a watch, and when out tramping I'd like to have the functions above. And the battery life is poor.

Still, it's useful for monitoring my sleep and heart rate. And the fabric band is comfortable.
