I bought this to replace an older fitbit that stopped working, and it's been a seamless transition. The strap colour is cute, but it also has the functions I wanted the most, tracking sleep quality and heartrate along with steps. I particularly like the sleep mode function so the clock light doesn't come on if I shift around overnight. The FitBit is a great gift and was well received as a replacement for an earlier version that had reached the end of its life.

Both my sisters have a Fitbit and they convinced me to get one too. So far - so good. I love how small this device is, but it doesn't compromise on features.

Great product for measuring health and fitness especially either the 6 months free premium subscription. Will upgrade the strap at some point as the standard plasticy one that comes with makes my skin feel a bit clammy after a while. I was hoping I could use this to skip songs while listening to Spotify but it doesn't have that function sadly. I bought this for my wife who wanted a nice-looking smart watch. The watch itself is great and looks good, but the clips for the strap release all the time, so it's constantly falling off. Fitbit don't seem to care about the issue and people online report using various glues to jam the clip, but then you can't change your strap.

My mother purchased one of these, so I'm reviewing it on her behalf. I'd ordinarily be quite positive about such a compact well featured fitness tracker, but Fitbit have limited the device to talk to only iOS 13.4 or Android 10 or higher. Both my parents have 3 year old Android 9.0 phones that are no longer able to updated, and mum has a 3 year old iPad with iOS 12.x but one that is already running the latest iOS that Apple will provide for it. So she had to buy a new iPad in order to be able to use the Fitbit, making it a very expensive purchase. So I'm giving this device only 1 star because Fitbit, and indeed Apple, Microsoft, and many other of the tech corporates we like to buy from, are playing this game of obsoleting devices that are only a few years old and still perfectly functional - they NEED TO DO BETTER. It is extremely wasteful.

Bought this for my wife who managed to dunk her old fitbit in a fish tank at school LOL! She loves that it has 2 bracelet options: 1 gold for playing dress-ups, and 1 pink for casual everyday wear. Easy to change straps. Charge lasts what seems like forever and has a nice touch screen she says. Might be a little more accurate at measuring steps too we reckon.
