I was previously using the stock AMD cooler which was obscenely loud and didn't exactly work wonders for CPU or case temps (NZXT H510i). Since installing the X63 both my case temps and CPU temps are totally reasonable, even when I've got a fire cranking in the next room, and it's whisper quiet too.
Looks far better than the on x62 would suggest the upgrade for anyone with an only x62 also a lot quiter.
CAM software still does automatic firmware updates though, careful not to brick it.
Have this on my 3700X im getting idle temps of 28-32c and 40-45c while gaming also was surprised with how quiet the fans were at 2700rpm and installing it was very easy
