To redeem the Sennheiser 30-Day Money Back Guarantee, you’ll need to meet the following conditions:
- Ensure the goods are undamaged.
- Ensure all the components and accessories are present - no parts should be missing.
- Ensure that the packaging remains intact and complete.
If you meet the conditions above, you can return the product to one of our stores or online by shipping it to us. For in-store returns, go to our service counter and mention the Sennheiser 30-Day Money Back Guarantee to one of our friendly staff, and they will be able to help you with this process. For online returns, please remember to mention the ‘Sennheiser 30-Day Money Back Guarantee’ under the Return/Fault Description section.

The 30-Day True Wireless Money Back Guarantee is valid for purchases of selected Sennheiser True Wireless earbuds from PB Tech between August 1 & Dec 31, 2023. Products returned after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund and are, therefore, subject to standard warranty terms. The right of return is subject to the cumulative conditions: the goods and the packaging are undamaged, and the goods are complete. Eligible products for the 30-day money-back guarantee are only available to the products listed on this promotion page.
