Trade-in process

1. Remove any important data & SD card from your trade-in device. PB Tech is not responsible for data on cameras that are traded in (data removal services are available in-store at an additional cost).

2. Bring your trade-in camera to your local PB Tech store to be appraised.

3. If your camera meets the criteria outlined in the Terms & Conditions below, we will apply the $50 trade-in discount to an eligible Insta360 camera of your choice.

Terms & Conditions

Offer valid in-store only for a limited time. Any brand/model qualifies as long as it's an actual action camera (GoPro, DJI Action, Insta360, etc.). Gimbals, accessories, or non-camera gear are excluded for this trade-in offer. A maximum of $50 trade-in discount can be applied to any single eligible Intsa360 camera. A maximum of 3 cameras can be traded in per customer (for the purchase of 3 or more new Insta360 cameras). Devices don't need to work / power on, but must not show signs of obvious physical damage and must not be partially disassembled or have parts removed. PB Tech is not responsible for any data present on any devices traded in.
