Trade-in process

1. Remove any important data from your trade-in device. PB Tech is not responsibile for data on devices that are traded-in (data removal services are available in-store at an additional cost). 

2. Bring your trade-in device to your local PB Tech store to be appraised.

3. If your device meets the criteria outlined in the Terms & Conditions below, we will apply the $100 trade-in discount to the eligible Surface device of your choice.

*Terms & Conditions: Offer valid in-store only for a limited time. Only Laptops and Tablets are eligible for this trade-in offer. A maximum of $100 trade-in discount can be applied to any single eligible Surface device. A maximum of 3 devices can be traded in per customer (for the purchase of 3 or more new Surface devices). Devices don't need to work / power on, but must not show signs of obvious physical damage and must not be partially disassembled or have parts removed. PB Tech is not responsible for any data present on any devices traded-in (data removal services are available in-store at an additional cost). Trade-in credit cannot be applied to Surface for Business devices with Windows Pro.
