IMPORTANT: Please read our Returns Policy before requesting a return or attempting to return your product directly to a PB Tech store.

Buy with confidence with PB Tech’s no hassles returns policy. If you order the wrong product by mistake, or the product you received was faulty either on arrival or during the warranty period, PB Tech makes it easy to return your product for repair, replacement or refund. Opened, damaged or used products may occur a 20% restocking fee or may not be eligible for return, depending on the scenario.

Brilliant Smart

Brilliant Smart Ceiling Fans are covered by a 6 year motor warranty (3 year in home warranty, followed by a further 3 year motor warranty)
- All fans need to be installed by a licensed Electrician.
- If a fault becomes apparent please contact PB by using the request a return function at the top of this page; please let us know the nature of the fault for warranty procedures, do not attempt to uninstall the ceiling fan at that point.
- The Tax Invoice from the purchase of the fan, as well as the invoice from the licensed electrician will be required to claim warranty.
- You will need to fill in this form

Most queries can be solved over the phone. If it is determined that your Dyson appliance needs repair, you will be provided with a reply paid address through the Dyson Customer Care Helpline.

If your repair or replacement is covered by your Dyson Guarantee, it will be repaired or replaced at no cost. If the repair or replacement is found not to be covered under your Dyson Guarantee, the repair or replacement and any associated delivery charges (both to and from us) will be at your cost, subject to your statutory rights and remedies as a consumer under New Zealand consumer law.
