IMPORTANT: Please read our Returns Policy before requesting a return or attempting to return your product directly to a PB Tech store.
Buy with confidence with PB Tech’s no hassles returns policy. If you order the wrong product by mistake, or the product you received was faulty either on arrival or during the warranty period, PB Tech makes it easy to return your product for repair, replacement or refund. Opened, damaged or used products may occur a 20% restocking fee or may not be eligible for return, depending on the scenario.

Easy 4 Step Return Process
Bring the product into your nearest PB Tech Store or you can follow our easy 4 step return process below.

Submit a return request online. Make it easier by signing in to your PB Tech account first.

We will review your request and email you a product return form. Print off this form.

Package the product to be returned and attach the return form to the outside of the box.

Drop off at your nearest PB Tech store or ship using your preferred courier (courier charges apply).
