Had a great experience on 17 May 2022, when picking up a part for my I Robot at Manukau PBTECH. Found I had ordered the wrong part on pickup. VERY nice lady Jenna Wu said no problem we have the part and credited my payment for the new part. Her manner and attitude was exactly right and gave me a very positive impression of PB Tech.

Advised a better course of action than the one I was proposing (buying a new battery) by not one, but TWO members of staff. The first in line was knowledgable and clear, and sent me to the service desk. The lovely man on the service desk took the time (not too long) to test my laptop without the battery resulting in success. I wasn't charged for this awesome service. For anyone hanging on the phone line, waiting for someone to answer - go to the branch instead. The service is wonderful and, in my experience, exactly what you need to solve the problem instantly. Highly recommend PBTech Penrose.

I accept that things are likely to go wrong once in a while - what matters is what you do when it does - and you really delivered!
