I went to the Wellington branch today (29-Oct-16) and spoken to Jimmy at the Service Department. Despite having his hands full with a physical office move at the Wellington branch. Jimmy committed to fixing my motherboard issue and he did what he promise on the day in a professional manner.

I am a long time customer of PB Tech and the consistent excellent customer experience that I get from PB Tech Wellington (both Sales and Services) is highly commended. It is the "putting it right which counts" and PB Tech does not let you down when thing goes wrong.
