Our family has dealt with PB.'s for many years now for all our many computers, no major probs. ,always a good deal and great service. (Mark, we think Duncan deserves consideration for a raise, fixed our problem while attending to two other customers, all with a professional and friendly manner. )

I was so impressed with Anthony's service (PB Tech, Christchurch). I messaged him and got a wicked sense of nostalgia as we looked back upon our days as together in the wiggles. Put laptop in in Jan waited 3 weeks and it wasn't touched, needed the computer back so requested that they do anything that they had time to do in the following day. Had to leave Wellington for a couple of months and on my return resubmitted it with...view more Put laptop in in Jan waited 3 weeks and it wasn't touched, needed the computer back so requested that they do anything that they had time to do in the following day. Had to leave Wellington for a couple of months and on my return resubmitted it with an urgent request for fix within the week as I was leaving Wellington again. They sent it to Auckland and it wasn't touched for 10 days. Had to get it returned again unfixed. Understand that you are busy, need to employ more people or at least be responsible in confirming your lead times accurately. Would never have left it with you if I had been told it would take a minimum of a month before it was even looked at. I will never be using this service again.

I ended up at PB Henderson and a very polite, helpful and friendly Technician with the name of Jacky (at service department) solved the problem is less than half an hour!. I would like to thank him a lot and congratulate PB of having a knowledgeable and valuable staff member. Good on you Jacky!

I just want to thank you and your team for the outstanding level of service you all have provided me since your opening in Christchurch.

Before moving to Christchurch a couple of years ago, PB Tech Wellington use to be my go to place for enthusiast level products when I needed something specific. When I moved down here I was very surprised that there wasn't anything that even came close to what you guys offer. I was ecstatic to find out that PB Tech was coming to Christchurch. Ever since your opening here in Christchurch, I've been in and out purely because your customer service and product knowledge goes well beyond what other local franchises provide.

As I walked into your store today you could tell that your customer service and rich selection of products has been drawing in the locals, just from seeing how busy your store was at 5pm on a Monday. After liaising with Nancy who very kindly order the Trident Z Ram that you noted down for me from your Black Friday sale, I'm humbling thanking you and your team for honouring it, and providing a level of customer service that is rarely seen in this day and age. Keep up the excellent work.
