I ordered a GPU (which is reasonably bulky and a couple of kilos) and it shipped promptly from Auckland, arriving in Blenheim the very next day - i've NEVER had anything shipped so quick from Auckland. it usually takes 3 days or so at least. The tracking showed it was picked and packed in Auckland soon after ordering, about lunchtime, and it arrived in Blenheim midday the very next day (and just before a long weekend too which was awesome!) so thanks heaps to your distribution guys for making my weekend! The product was a Sapphire Nitro+ RX 9070 XT graphics card, which is an excellent 9070XT variant - see my review on it's store page :)
but anyway doing that review made me realize i never rate the actual company, so thanks heaps guys! i'd definitely recommend PBtech after this and many other positive experiences.

They often stock what many other shops do not, constantly have a supply of stock of even rare items, and sell many brands not found elsewhere. Their service is prompt, they are quick to ship, and their website is easy to navigate. Their Manukau store has to be the best physical store I've ever had the pleasure of browsing; it is seamlessly laid out, everything is in order, and the staff are friendly and helpful.
