Dear PB Tech customers

With Omicron cases declining in the community, we are easing some of the restrictions we have had in place. This includes moving away from our 'Express' style store format for all stores except Henderson with a staggered reopening of all PB Tech showrooms which were previously inaccessible by customers wanting to browse products.  Please see below for the latest updates / information on our showroom reopening plan and other relevant updates about how PB is responding to COVID-19.

 

PB Tech stores

All store showrooms have now reopened

As of 11th May, all stores have fully reopened their showrooms after an extended period of operating in an Express format with restricted showroom space.

For those customers inconvenienced by our Express model we thank you for your patience. We had to make this move to the Express format due to a significant increase in customers choosing to shop online over the last couple of months resulting in difficulties keeping up with all of their enquiries. By changing our store format to this new model we are able to run our stores with less staff so some of our usual retail staff could help the online team.

In-store we are still using enhanced social distancing and hygiene protocols in line with the current traffic light guidelines which includes regular disinfecting of high contact surfaces like counters, eftpos terminals, demonstration equipment and the requirement for staff and customers to wear face masks while inside our stores.

Returns and warranty: We recommend that returns and warranty requests are submitted online, but you can request returns directly at store and also drop off items approved for return online. Alternatively, you can still courier returns to PB Tech for processing following the instructions provided by our returns team.

Out of warranty repairs and services: We recommend pre-booking service jobs online by first requesting a quote. It's easier and faster, but you will still be able to head to store and drop off your device with our service team directly if you prefer.  

 

PB Tech stores outside of Auckland (Red Traffic Light)

Showrooms are open:  All showrooms outside of Auckland are fully open. Online shopping

Courier deliveries: Our courier partners are experiencing some delivery delays. To avoid delays, we recommend shopping via click & collect if you live near a PB Tech store.

Click & collect: 1-hour click & collect is available at all PB Tech stores. Most PB Tech stores also have dedicated click & collect counters to enable you to collect your goods quickly and spend as little time as possible instore.
