Latest COVID-19 Updates

Dear valued PB Tech customers,

During the Alert Level 4 Lockdown, the PB Tech ecommerce website is still operational and processing online orders from essential businesses as approved by the MBIE (Ministry Business, Innovation & Employment).

If your approved essential business does not have access to our online checkout even after logging in, you can request access through this form here or by contacting your account manager or our procurement team who are all now working from home.

Approved essential businesses can also place orders directly with our remote working account managers / procurement staff if that is preferable.

For non-essential businesses and retail customers, we are no longer accepting online orders. We apologise to customers who made online orders just before the Alert Level 4 lockdown and missed out on delivery - we made a commitment to prioritise the needs of essential services and first responders and we hope you understand. Your orders will be shipped as soon as the lockdown is lifted.

All PB Tech stores are also temporarily closed until further notice.

We fully support the decisions the Government has taken to keep New Zealanders safe. While we’re on lockdown, our team will still be working behind the scenes (remotely) on bigger and better ways to fulfil all your tech needs so you’ll have an improved experience when this is over.
