  1. What are Open Box or Ex-Demo products?

    Open Box products are "as new" products that have had their original packaging opened.

    Ex-Demo products are products that are or have been on display at one of our stores or loaned out as a demonstration unit to a customer for a short period of time.

  2. How do I return an item?

    In the event that you need to return a product which you have purchased from us. Please read our Returns & Repairs guide for more information before contacting us.

  3. Can I have someone else pick up my order in store?

    Yes. As part of the Pickup Options you are able to nominate a person to pick up. You will be able to nominate this person during the checkout process. This person must bring a valid ID ie; Drivers License/Passport. You will also need to provide their mobile number so we can notify them once their order is ready for collection.

  4. How do I track my order online?

    If you have an online account with us you can easily track your online orders (past and present) through your account. Click here to view and track your online orders.

  5. How do I cancel or modify my order?

    If you have not yet paid for your order and it has not been dispatched from our warehouse, you can easily cancel your order by clicking here. If you have already paid, please contact us immediately on (09) 526 9200

  1. What payment methods do you accept?

    For your convenience, we offer a number of different payment methods in our checkout. You can learn more about these payment methods here. Please note that other finance options are available but are not accessible directly through the checkout.

  2. What are your delivery times?

    If you have ordered "in stock" items your order will usually arrive within 1 working day for North Island deliveries and 2 working days for South Island deliveries. Bulk and rural deliveries may take an extra day.

  3. Do you do same day delivery?

    Yes. If you have your item delivered locally within Auckland, you placed your order for in-stock item(s) before 2pm and you paid via credit card. Click here to learn more about same day delivery.

  4. How do I update my email subscriptions?

    You can easily update your email subscription here. You will need to be signed into your PB Tech account before you can update your email preferences. If you do not have a PB Tech account, there is an "update your subscription" link at the bottom of our emails which will let you update your email subscription.
