If you have ordered "in stock" items your order will usually arrive within 1 working day for North Island deliveries and 2 working days for South Island deliveries. Bulk and rural deliveries may take an extra day.
Yes. As part of the Pickup Options you are able to nominate a person to pick up. You will be able to nominate this person during the checkout process. This person must bring a valid ID ie; Drivers License/Passport. You will also need to provide their mobile number so we can notify them once their order is ready for collection.
Yes. If you have your item delivered locally within Auckland, you placed your order for in-stock item(s) before 2pm and you paid via credit card. Click here to learn more about same day delivery.
