Our Hiring Process
This can vary a little from role to role but in most cases the process follows these key stages.
When we receive your application we will carefully review it and if shortlisted, arrange an initial phone interview. Because we receive so many applications, we are not always able to contact everyone, sorry!
If the phone interview goes well, we will then organise a face to face meeting with you at one of our PB Tech Stores or Head Office in Manukau. We may also require a 2nd interview.
If successful, we will check your references provided and then offer you the position.
