Dear PB Tech customers

With Auckland in Alert Level 2, and the rest of New Zealand in Alert Level 1, PB Tech is taking the following measures in response.


All PB Tech stores now fully open

Controlled entry into Auckland stores: To ensure safe social distancing we will be limiting the number of customers who can enter our Auckland stores at one time.

Hygiene: Our stores have implemented enhanced hygiene protocols including regularly disinfecting high contact surfaces like counters and eftpos terminals.

Returns and warranty: All return and warranty requests must be submitted online, but you will be able to drop off items approved for return at your local store.

Out of warranty repairs and services: We recommend pre-booking service jobs online by first requesting a quote. It's easier and faster, although you will still be able to head in-store and drop off your device with our service team directly if you prefer.

Click & Collect: Our Click & Collect process is available at all PB Tech stores

Courier deliveries: Orders shipping via courier to destinations in Auckland may experience delays of 1 working day due to disruptions within the courier network. It is important to note that the situation causing these delays is dynamic and further delays may be possible in the days ahead. We advise checking this page regularly for updates.


These measures will be in place while Auckland is under Alert Level 2 and the rest of New Zealand is under Alert Level 1, or until further notice. Please check this page regularly for further updates.
