Dear PB Tech customers

From the 8th September regions outside of Auckland move to Alert Level 2 with Auckland remaining at Alert Level 4. Here is how PB Tech is responding to this latest change in alert levels.


PB Tech stores within Auckland

Showrooms are closed: All PB Tech stores in Auckland will be closed during Alert Level 4 and Click & Collect will not be available.

Returns and warranty: All returns and warranty requests can be submitted online, but you will not be able to physically return the goods to any Auckland store under Alert Level 4.

Out of warranty repairs and services: All out of warranty repairs and services will be unavailable at Auckland stores during Alert Level 4.


PB Tech stores outside of Auckland

Showrooms open, with enhanced social distancing and hygiene protocols: From Wednesday 8th September PB Tech store showrooms outside of Auckland will open with enhanced social distancing and hygiene protocols in place including regular disinfecting of high contact surfaces like counters and eftpos terminals.

Returns and warranty: All return and warranty requests must be submitted online, but from Wednesday 8th September you will be able to drop off items approved for return at your local store.

Out of warranty repairs and services: We recommend pre-booking service jobs online by first requesting a quote. It's easier and faster, although from Wednesday 8th September you will be able to head in-store and drop off your device with our service team directly if you prefer.


Online shopping

Click & Collect: 1-hour Click & Collect will be available at all PB Tech stores outside of Auckland. Click & Collect will be unavailable at PB Tech stores within Auckland.

Courier deliveries: All couriers are now conducting contactless / zero-touch deliveries however with the current high volumes there is potential for delays. In light of this, PB Tech is recommending customers outside of Auckland who live near a PB Tech store use Click & Collect if at all possible (or shop in-store from Wednesday 8th September). Lastly, some parcel redirection services are unavailable so it VERY important you enter the correct address in the checkout and avoid business addresses not open during the lockdown to avoid adding further delays.

Non-essential good restrictions: PB Tech customers can now shop our full product range with the only restriction being non-essential goods where stock is only available in our Auckland locations.
