Looks Nice but Under Powered

Looks Nice - matches Silver coloured Macs like the new Mac Mini M1. However it is only powered by 1x USB-C port so you can only connect 1x powered device to the HUB at anytime. Trying to connect 2x powered devices means the 2nd device will not get enough power. Also you can not connect both SD and a MicroSD cards at the same time - one wont work. I want to love this product but it is very limited with how many / what items you can connect to it. Wouldnt be a problem if it had external power.

Looks pretty, but died after 14 months of light use

Started to play up, causing devices to show up as connected, but not working, not not powering at all. Unplugging and plugging back to unit would fix the issue. Now after 14 months it is completely dead, even though cable/connector seems to be solid and good condition. For the price, I would have expected it to last a lot longer!

Also it is underpowered, even with the USB-C connection which I thought would provide more power compaired to USB3.

Design is pretty, but unit would usually end up toppling over when USB cables plugged in.

Note: I bought the blue colour variation, which is now longer listed, so couldn't write a verified review.

Returns & Warranty

7 day right of exchange

If you change your mind after making a purchase, or realise you have ordered the incorrect item, you can enjoy the peace of mind that we offer a 7 day exchange policy.

To exchange a product, goods must be sealed and unopened, with packaging in original condition, accompanied by a valid receipt dated no more than 7 calendar days from when you request an exchange. A 20% restocking fee may be applied where goods are not returned in sealed, original packaging condition.

If there is not a suitable product that can be exchanged for your returned item you will be offered a credit on your account or gift card based on the value paid at the time of purchase. Items purchased on finance cannot be exchanged for a gift card.

Hassle free warranty service

If your product develops a fault within the manufacturer warranty period, you can either contact the manufacturer directly (some manufacturers provide a high level of warranty service - including free pickup or in some cases onsite repair), or return to one of our services centres / stores.
