Not to spec?
Bought this to replace my Samsung 20W that i lost. No matter what I try, with different plugs, cables and phones it doesn't charge as fast as a 20W charger should. Also it makes a very loud whining sound and heats up so its definitely doing something.

Some Samsung quick charge requires 25W - 45W, 20W may not charge some Samsung devices fast enough.
Please check your phones fast charge requirements and make sure 20W is enough.

A satisfactory plug.
Unfortunately it wasn't useful for my intended purpose (to plug in my Nintendo Switch for use while docked) because the power output isn't quite high enough, but that was my own mistaken research.
It works great for charging my phone at a good rate.
