The first power bank I’ve ever owned and was surprised at the lack of information about this item. Wasn’t sure if I was charging the power bank or if it was trying to charge something but I eventually figured it out. If the number is flashing, it’s charging the power bank. Like that it already has the usb c and apple plugs already attached.
Great charge speeds. Approx uses 25% to fully charge a phone.

Bought one of these a few months ago and found the charging time and capacity outstanding. Have bought another for the daughter, so she can charge the kids devices on the go. I've charged my phone off the powerbank about 4-5 times, and the powerbank has still got 43% charge. That's plenty for a week of camping, so I'm really happy. Having the integrated charging cords is handy too.
So good for the price! One star off only because the plastic casing does seem to scuff quite easily just from sitting on a surface. Actually fantastic, My phone was at 1%, I charged it up to 100% and the power bank only used 15% of its total power. Initially I thought this was a great power bank. Then I saw another review stating that it's not a full 10k mah power bank. This is true - it's in the 7k mah range when new. I have used this reasonably heavily over the last 6 months. It has degraded to the point that it cannot fully charge my 5,200 mah phone any more. It's fine, I still use it, just keep this in mind if you buy it. Integrated cables are VERY handy though. Initially I thought this was a great power bank.
