Putting the fully modular aspect aside, I found this case to be quite a challenge to build in.

The case itself is well made and well packaged. I found some of the modular screws to be super tight almost as if they were fitted while the paint was still drying. The box of spare screws comes in handy in case one gets damaged during the initial unscrew.

Requiring a small form factor (SFX) power supply unit wasn't a big deal. They are readily available, costing a little more than an standard sized PSU. You could fit two SFX power supplies by removing the hard drive bay, if you were to say, run duel 3090's in some sort of SLI config.

I was hoping there was more room to fit a radiator to the top of the case when using a full size ATX motherboard. Or even room for a 360mm radiator mounted to the side. Unfortunately 280 is the biggest that can go side mounted with 360 only available at the bottom of the case when using a full ATX motherboard, obviously not suitable for an AIO. that aside you can fit 360mm worth of fans on the top as long as its only fans you want to place there.

The cable management is fantastic. Best I have dealt with! You would only be let down by the cables that come with your PSU. and they can always be changed out to custom made cables.
In order vertical mount your GPU, like everything based on this case, you need to buy an expensive bracket designed especially for this case (available at PB tech) which is available in both PCI-e gen 3 and 4. That aside, this is a future proofed case that will probably outlast the next couple of CPU/MB upgrades you will no doubt be purchasing in the future.

I want to keep with a particular theme while using the Lian Li UNI fans for more ARGB control but the finished product will come at a considerable cost. But if your buying this case to make an incredibly beautiful machine, then that's going to cost you. Just perhaps more than you think.

Overall, I feel this case would be suited an MATX build to ensure you have room at the top of the case for a radiator. This case when coupled with the right fans and water cooling config would be the last case you would ever need to buy.

Apart from its stunning looks (especially with any type of lighting in it) and its fully modular design it was a very good case to build in, also the cable management was great as if your lazy like me you can do minimal cable managing at the back of the case and just zip tie it to stuff. Don't let the idea of having to use a smaller power supply fool you as there are many available, however it is quite a wide case so if your desk is small and doesn't have much space even if it does have a look at the dimensions to see if they will fit your desk or where ever your putting it. Overall one of the best cases on the market in my opinion. I wish I found this case years ago. Suitable for almost all motherboards, great air flow, beautiful looking, well made. Would highly recommend. The best thing Lian Li ever did was talk to Der Bauer and grace the world with the O11D line of chassis and the mini variant doesn't fail to please. Room for even the biggest boards, flexible layout for smaller boards, plenty of space for drives, fans and cooling solutions... and it's altogether not that much bigger than contemporary mATX cases.

I picked this up for my partner who had run out of room in her In Win 301. It more than easily fitted all her existing hardware with room to spare and space for water cooling options in future. In my opinion this is the best 'no compromise' smaller I have ever used for a rig. Only weird design I though is the plate on the back that the SSDs mount to has one thumb screw and one philips head screw - what's the point of mixing the styles if you're going to have to pul out a screw driver anyways. Same with the 3.5" HDD. Acces to the HDDs is easy with a thumbscrew but getting the caddy out - revert back to screw driver. One feature I really like - needle point thumbscrews - makes locating those threads so much easier. Also the way the glass panels are held in place - very tidy and sleek. I love this case, not only can it fit normal parts it is small enough to save space on my desk. Love the all white as well! The only thing I’d say when buying this case is to make sure you get a smaller power supply like an SFX as the normal ones dont fit. Smallish case with heaps of room. if you want something inside it, it fits. only downside is that it takes a SFX psu. temps are impressive and with some cheap rgb fans and a AIO cooler, wows everyone who sees it. You just cant regret the purchase. Somthing I found amazing about this case was how flexible this case really is. You can customise it to be exactly how you want it if you want something more basic to somthing eye catching. I’ve used this case in two builds, one minimal build and a new upcoming build with the new gigabyte Rtx 5080 master white witch is a big big card but will fit with ease in the case. Also gonna try out this cases add on vertical gpu mount you can’t buy separately. Really easy and just looks too good !! Somthing I found amazing about this case was how flexible this case really is.
