Easy to put together. The lumbar pad and neck pad are a waste of time as the neck pad would only be of benefit if you were less than 5 foot as it clips in really low, same with the lumbar. The box is pretty heavy, but it doesn't take long to set-up. Decent chair, fairly comfortable. A little on the small side, I'm roughly 183cm tall and think I'm about the absolute limit of who can use the chair. I've been looking for a gaming chair for my wife and when this popped up I bought two of them. One for her and one for me.
Assembly was a breeze and took about 20 minutes per chair.
My wife has to sit for multiple hours at a time and hasn't complained about the discomfort her previous chair was causing.
I choose to sit on mine for hours at a time and find it really comfortable although I had to leave the arms off as they wouldn't fit under my desk and on this model are not adjustable.
