Pretty ergonomic, the headrest is abit short for tall people so would just use without it, otherwise the arms are extendable, it’s comfy and airy, pretty easy to put together and small with the amount of space it takes up. Shipping was quick too during Xmas period. Good purchase overall. Easy to assemble - very comfortable.
When trying in the shop the neck support was not on the demo model and when I assemble the chair we found I was too tall and it didn't reach my neck.

I just purchased this chair during the Boxing Day sale shipping was very fast and assembly was simple. The chair is very comfortable and easy to adjust everything I was looking for in an office chair. Bought it for my wife, as another review indicated that it is more suited for someone who isn't tall. Construction wasn't rocket science but the instructions could be a bit better. Quality is alright, may not be cat friendly if they decide to use it as a scratchpost. The mesh like fabric won't suffer feline abuse. That being said, it's not a bad buy at all. Chair is comfy and sturdy, recline feels “tight” and secure and headrest is great for a moment of relaxation. Only down side I have is the headrest rotation is on a click cycle instead of smooth. When I first got the chair it was great. When using the chair day by day, the seat is slowly starting to sag. It is still comfortable to seat but you will definitely notice the seat is getting flat.
I guess this is normal because it's just a mesh seat and doesn't have any support in the center.
Another thing is, chair is starting make squeaky noise whenever there is a little movement. It will probably need some lubricant on the joint and I hope it will stop the noise. I had the dx racer for quite a few years and it never made squeaky noise.
