Missing 1 screw part K M6X50 It comes with 3 pcs only, suppose to have 4 while others got extra. Poor quality control or miscalculation for this price. And there are scratches all over the chair as well.

Was a bit worried about buying this because there's no way to try before you buy, but the reviews said it was good so I took a chance and it worked out well!.
I have 2 ruptured discs (L4-L5) and this is able to get in the right spot to support it.
Head rest is a really nice touch too. I didn't think I'd use it much but I wheeled it out to the lounge to watch a movie and was able to lean back comfortably for the whole 2 hours.

It is fully adjustable for seat height, arm rests, head rest and lumbar support, with a fabric seat and mesh back, making it a very comfortable seat for extended periods if required. It was a reasonable price too, compared to many others which were less comfortable, but several hundred dollars more! I'm very happy with my purchase. The core chair design is nice it has some design issues with the back support adjustment having limited settings and not much rage to sit where you need it and the headrest hard support being too narrow so it's just in the way if you have to use a headset.
As for their description the back can adjust when you have the setting but it does not have a proper lounge tilt like it is advertised as having.

This chair gave my terrible lower back pain as the bottom back rest offers no support due to the fact it does not lock into place. I thought perhaps it was just me, swapped chairs with my partner and he has the same thing happen, pain in the exact same area... Have requested a to return for a refund.. see if anything happens. After owning this chair for two years now, I unfortunately cannot recommend it. Firstly, I am 6ft and 80kgs. The lumbar support on this chair is terrible- it always falls down with every slight movement and takes too much effort to lock it into place. This has led to a poor posture and overall uncomfortable experience. Secondly, when using the chair for extended periods of time, I begin to develop back pain and have to take a break. Thirdly, after a year of use, the headrest had broken off and I had to glue it back on. This was with no hard pressure mind you, just leaned back one day into it and it completely sheared the plastic off. After a year and a half one of the bolts holding the back to the base of the chair completely snapped when I leaned back into it, luckily they provided spare bolts which i luckily kept and was able to fix it after having to use a bolt extractor on it to get the snapped bolt out. For the price, I would not recommend buying this chair and would look elsewhere, as I soon will be.

EDIT. A few months after making this review, the exact same spare bolt that I had tediously replaced last year has also completely sheared off, making the chair useless. Downgraded rating to 1 star, DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR ABSOLUTE RIP OFF

I work from home full time (have done for many years). I am 6ft 2''.
And the chair comfort is excellent.
It is really robust.
Never had any issue, no wear or tear. Its just awesome.

I can for sit long sessions when im gaming without feeling any discomfort which I was getting on a gaming chair. Just one thing I don't like about this seat is that the armrests are not really locked into place. I don't really see it as an issue for some people but I always use the armrest to sit myself up. Overall the quality and comfort of the chair is great, and I do love that it's very adjustable to suit everyone's needs.
Despite trialling it in the store, upon setting it up at home I found the lumbar support to extreme for my liking and given that part is not adjustable I have had to remove that part.
