Have owned for 2-3 years, all functions still working like new and has improved my posture. Only negative is that it collects dust easily in some parts. Its fine. The lumber support is a little weird but it works, just take a little to get used to. I wouldn't say its better than the lower/cheaper models of this chair. Its fine. Lumbar support not good, my back aching every time I sit. Tried to remove the lumbar the screw never comes out how ever I unscrew it, don't know if it is a permanent setup.
Also finding difficult to manoeuvre in carpet floor, but good in non carpet floor. My old one was smooth on carpet too. Otherwise the chair is good. The lumbar support is outrageous and really prevents you from sitting comfortably or ergonomically in this chair. I have been able to mitigate this by using a pillow. Build quality and set up is fine but shape is king and the shape forced onto you by the aggressive, non-adjustable lumbar support is bad. It has many features like adjustable arms but sometimes they can be annoying esp if you grab at the arm to move it but they are easily re-adjustable
The lumber support is good and adjustable
It is a lot cooler than fully padded chairs
The chair feet would be better if rounder so easier to rest one's feet on them and not hurt one's ankles on them

The Loctech YZ502 chair is great for my home office and general internet use. Great for sitting up at a computer for hours, and for relaxing with the nicely balanced reclining back in the evenings. Would have given it 5 star, but the seat is firmer that expected, would not recommend longer than 4 hours of sitting on it. The other pain point is the back rest and head rest is not lockable. Meaning you have to keep adjusting it if it moves out of positions, minor, not a major issue.
