Bought myself this chair for comfortability and I can't say it has let me down. Very good product and reasonably easy to set up. I would suggest this to anyone who is looking for a gaming chair. CONS:
Arm rests are too low for me (ok I'm tall) so may yet throw them away as of little benefit. No height adjustment on arm rests.
Lumbar pillow wasn't comfortable so have ditched that.
Seat feels like it needs to be pitched up another 5 degrees to be comfortable as I get the feeling it slopes down ever so slightly.

PROS:
neck support does work though, have kept that
everything else seems good enough.
Price wasn't bad.

Will I keep it - yes. It's not bad enough to throw it away entirely and write off the cost, so it is good enough to keep using to get some return on the coin spent.

I have been using this chair for almost 1.5 years and it has fallen apart. The wood that the armrests attach to has failed such that the armrests are splayed outwards and the foam has compressed such that the seat is really hard. Is decently comfortable but for the price they could at least add adjustable arm rests, Also mine came with one that jiggles from side to side (It shouldn't) and one that dosen't.
