Brought this for my partner to help her study and she lives in it now. Can safely say that this comfortable product has helped her immensely. Can't go wrong for the price. Purchased this on sale. Very comfortable. Lumbar support seems way too big at first, but once you use it, it all comes together. First chair had to be replaced due to a fault with the hydraulics and the replacements arm is cracking after a couple of months. So in a few months one was sent back and the replacement is faulty as well. Sent photos to Pb but no one has responded. Disappointing after buying two other gaming chairs from Pb previously and having no issues. Stick to the Thunder or Dx chairs, the Onex quality is terrible. While a little nervous at buying an untried chair it appears I have picked one that suit me. The chair comes with removeable lower back and neck support. Bought this for my partner as a gift and she absolutely love it. She’s 5 ft 7 and been using it for almost a month. Easy to put it together, pretty sturdy and comfy for her height. Was a little disappointed with the delivery that had bit of an issue but was quickly resolved. upgraded from a DX racer and im so happy i tried something different. Good back support even for a bigger dude (110kgs, 6ft) cusions that came with are made with a soft fabric and the casters are better than standard for sure upgraded from a DX racer and im so happy i tried something different.
