I've had this chair for a week, and don't get me wrong, it is surprisingly small then described. If you have bigger than average legs/thighs, you would find the seating area to cramped and the back area shaped too small and tight to feel any comfort in. Just save your money to buy a different chair when it's on sale. This chair is just not comfortable at all for it's overall tightness, small size, and ergonomic shape for the bigger than average person. Very comfortable, with adjustable arms (up/down, forward/backward, rotating) and back (tilt) with lumbar support and headrest. A bit creaky around the base, but nothing a bit of WD40 won't fix. Easy to assemble with a clear guide (which could be enhanced by a written description, some guesswork needed). Sitting feels good, the support is good, the cushioning is on the harder side, preventing sagging down. Happy with it and a great value for the long term.... I hope. Really good price in my opinion on an 'copy' of another successful brand.

Extra cushions and adjustable arm rests allow you to customise your seating position for supreme comfort.

I am 190cm slim male, and unfortunately my thighs touch the seat sides, and shoulders are pressed inwards by the backrest flares. Both are located in areas with steel tubing, and slight cushion over the top only. For me, I can't use this chair for anything longer than a few hours. My rating however is for the chair overall, without my personal fit issues. Really good price in my opinion on an 'copy' of another successful brand.

Some things are not worth cheaping out on, and things you use for extended periods is one of those. That said, not everyone can afford top of the line.
This chair is well built and good value. It's reasonably comfortable with adjustable lumbar support, and can be adjusted to suit different body types, for the most part (if you are tall, the neck cushion is basically useless as the straps will only reach at a specific height).
The seat is reasonably comfortable, if a little firm. The controls work well and the arm rests can be easily adjusted.

Some of these "so called" computer chairs I have to be honest and say they are not comfortable and instead very hard. This one is quite comfy to sit in even for extended periods. Putting it together was for the most part very easy. You just need time to do it as your not going to get it assembled in 5 minutes. But once it is together it is a very solid chair and lots of adjustments. Well worth the cost.
