I have now bought a 2nd one of these... exactly the same issue.. and same simple fix.
I suggested freeing the worm drive in each leg before assembly.
Otherwise these desks are awesome. I recommend.

E07 error code displayed at first power on.
PBT advised to return.
I seem to be the 2nd person in less than 10 reviews to have this issue.

I managed to fix the issue.... It's the worm gear (screw) that runs down the legs to raise and lower the desk.... they had locked tight.... removed the legs and using a vice grip. gently twisted each spindle to free it.
Desk now works perfectly. Updated 28-8-24

Is a great product and assembly was easy to do even alone. The attachments were a little challenging to screw in place by hand as the tabletop pilot holes were a bit hard to find. When assembling my new home Office I wanted a electronic Standing to sitting desk. This desk had a large number of features for a great price.
Delivery was quick and easy just like the assembly.
4 height memory options was prefect 1 for me standing and 3 for each family member when sitting. Coffee cup holder, headset holder as also great and made this desk a prefect buy. I was excited when i Bought this desk after assembling the desk the it showed E07 error ( was not expected as the price i paid for this desk is almost $100 higher than the onyx ones), talked to one of the PB tech guys they said it is a faulty motor error, since it is operated on single motor had to pack it back and return it! Great product easy to assemble. The height adjustment is great. I just feel that I put it on carpet so it seems little bit wiggly when I press keyboard keys little harder. The desk is solid and easy to put together. The only downside I found compared to some of the other desk options is there is no built-in cable management. The remote for the LED lights is also a bit cheap and fragile but works fine. The desk is solid and easy to put together. Easy to assemble, functional and strong. The black suits my setup and the desk looks good. Sturdy construction of the desk not so much the accessories. Would have preferred the RGB to be powered from the desk itself and not a USB cable, also the RGB is controlled from a remote control that is also cheap as(no AAA batteries included). This seems strange as the motor for the height control has an power adaptor and a control box, why not integrate the LED's as well? Still a minor gripe but the desk is not a cheaper desk. Went in to get a table half the price, luckily this one was recommended. Adjustable height so when I work from home I can stand in my meetings. So happy with it that I feel I really dodged a bullet with that other table. It's extremely solid and works great. Don't cheap out!
