With so many laptops and desktops no longer having drives built in, this is incredibly useful. Always good to have around for when you need to access media and files off CD/DVD.

This is the second one of these I've bought. One for myself and one for a daughter whose read/write drive on her Apple laptop packed up. She has no Internet connection on her rural property in Nothland and no television either. So she needed something to play her DVDs and CDs on during lockdown. Fortunately, this little beauty works well on either PC or IOS and was just what the doctor ordered. PBTech even allowed me to ship hers up to her. So now we both have one each. I use mine with an old PC and an old laptop that suffer from the same problem as our daughter's laptop.
