If you want this screen to run at the top resolution with a 60hz refresh rate, you need to make sure your laptop does have an HDMI 2.0 port(My computer does have one, but it didn't work with this monitor). If it doesn't work, buy a type-c or USB to HDMI hub which supports HDMI2.0 then it will work. (The cable in the package doesn't support HDMI 2.0. You need to buy a new cable.) ONLY 1 HDMI port on the monitor other is MHL and DP. The speaker sucks. The screen looks like a new one. Do not forget to update the monitor's firmware (require a printer USB cable). I was a little sceptical about it being an off lease, I was worried there would be damage given the discounted price but it’s perfect. No damage at all. I was already using a second screen, which was a lot smaller, this ultra wide screen is a game changer, I can view three documents or screens at once and removes the additional cables so my desktop looks cleaner. This screen works perfectly, especially mounted on my desk with an adjustable arm, it's wide enough that I can pull it forward and use it as a makeshift movie screen while I sit in bed. Purchased this maybe a month ago, called PB Tech before ordering to clarify what a B-Grade Off-Lease might look like - the lady on the phone said this grading just means possible cosmetic (exterior) scratches and no screen damage like dead pixels etc. I picked it up from Henderson Express store (the process was easy too, thank you!) and am so pleasantly surprised that I paid such a good price for something that actually has no scratches and looks brand new. Maybe I got lucky, or maybe the grading standards are higher than I perceived. Best purchase and value for money!!!

Excellent colour reproduction, pixel density and viewing angles. It's a little wider than I was expecting but I have a ton of screen space now. I've been keen to buy another monitor to use alongside my 30" workstation monitor, ultra-wide, higher res, and then this deal popped up. The monitor is a great addition to my desk, great for handling large spreadsheets or having multiple applications open alongside each other. The built-in KVM switch has cleared a lot of cables off my table, as I'd been using a separate one. It's not a gaming monitor per se, but does a great job up to 60Hz refresh rates, which is fine for my purposes.

The curve is very gentle, so not distracting at all, just enough to bring the extremities of the ultra-wide screen a little closer. The colour representation is brilliant, even better than my now older but back then very expensive workstation monitor
