For the price I actually thought these would be crap. I ripped apart the shell to get the internal board and thankfully it fits inside my Wyse 5060 thin clients!

I'm using the AS 350 as a spare for experiments and as a faster alternative to other portable storage.

I've combined it with a StarTech USB3.0 to 2.5 SATA HDD Adapter Cable as a portable drive alternative. At these kinds of prices I think I may considering using more of these instead of flash-drives and SD-cards.

I've also used it to experimentally install ChromeOS Flex on an old PC. It was an enormous improvement over the old 7200 RPM hard drive I was using.
