Great upgrade for a reasonable price
Wanted to spruce up an old laptop so that it would boot some time within the week of pressing the power button. This SSD worked a treat! Works exactly as advertised.
Quick and easy speed boost for older computers
Replaced an old HDD with this, reinstalled Windows, now the computer is usable again. No fuss, good product.
A good upgrade for a 5400rpm laptop disk!
Have bought 2 of these now and makes a BIG difference swapping out the 5400 spinning rust type disk for friends.
Backup with Veeam Endpoint, swap out disk, insert SSD, restore from Veeam image.
Goes good.

Crucial BX500 2.5" SATA SSD
It's amazing how much prices of SSD's continue to fall. I bought this one to put in my 2010 Mac Pro and it's ideal for this. The price was great and the drive was easy to install, format and transfer my OS onto it. If you want more cutting edge performance in your own PC then there are faster drives, but for me this one was exactly what I needed.

Fast and good value SSD
I replaced a 120 gig SSD with this one, just cloning across and rebooting. Everything worked perfectly.
These small and cheap SSD's are great to revive older PC's or laptop that are slowed down by slow conventional hard drives, just make sure there is enough RAM, or upgrade that, too.
I highly recommend this particular drive.

Serious speed for pretty minimal money. Will be getting more of these for my other rigs.
